There are four bedrooms and two baths plus a mainroom area on the ground level floor. The first bedroom has a queen size bed with a private bath with a shower. There is a double bed in the second bedroom; a queen size bed in the third bedroom; and bunk beds in the fourth. There is a bath with a shower/tub combination near bedrooms two and three. A comfortable mainroom features a TV with cable and a DVD player.
Inside steps take you to the main floor which features hardwood floors and beadboard ceilings throughout. There is a fully stocked kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances. An extra feature in the kitchen is two dishwashers. The dining room table seats ten. The living room has comfortable seating for the entire family. There is a TV with cable in the living room as well. The fifth and sixth bedrooms are on this floor. The master suite is in bedroom number 5 which has a king size bed and a private bath with a separate shower and tub. There also is a TV in the master suite. There is also a king size bed in the sixth bedroom. A bath with a shower is nearby.
One of the many features of this home is the large and comfortable porch which overlooks Twelfth Street. Most of the porch is covered; however, there is a small open space.
10 Twelfth Street sleeps a maximum of 12 people. There is parking for three vehicles.
Mid Beach
Often referred to by locals as the "numbered streets", this faster paced area runs from 2nd Street to 13th Street.
